Legal

Oxelone's terms and policies are on one page, which is the reference for anything legal: oxelone.com/legal.

It holds:

  • Terms of Service, which cover the console, the agent and browser extension you install, and the API.
  • Privacy Policy, with what Oxelone stores, how it is used, who can see it, where it is held and your rights.
  • Subprocessors, the companies that run part of the service. Customers are told 30 days before one is added and can object in that time.
  • Cookies.
  • Security, and how to report a security problem.
  • Contact.

Reporting a security problem

Write privately to [email protected], and do not open a public issue. Oxelone acknowledges a report within 3 business days and agrees a disclosure date with you. The latest release of the API, the dashboard, the oxel agent and the oxel companion is supported.
