Plan and licence
Plan & licence shows the plan your workspace is on and one row for each thing the plan counts. Each row shows what you have used, what the plan allows, and a bar. From 80% used, the row also says what happens at the limit.
Your plan is set by a platform admin. You cannot change it here. The one thing a workspace sets itself is its limit on extra usage, and only on a plan that bills extra.
Who can do it
Every member can open the page. Which figures a member sees depends on their role. A row your role cannot read says "Your role does not read this figure."

Changing the extra usage limit needs Manage workspace settings, which only the Owner role holds.
Read your usage
- Open Settings › Workspace › Plan & licence.
- The header shows the plan's name, its price and the date it Resets.
- Read the rows under Usage. Interactions, Engine runs and Billable units are monthly; their rows say "This month."
What happens at a limit
From 80% used, a row says what the limit does. These are the sentences the console shows.

Every setting
These appear only on a plan that bills extra. On any other plan the group is absent.

Under Add-ons, Network capture reads Included, Added, Add-on, not added or Not on this plan. Extra billable units reads On this plan or Not on this plan, and says the price per 1,000 beyond the plan.
When it goes wrong
- You need permission to manage settings. Only an Owner can save the extra usage limit.
- A monthly limit goes with "Up to a limit", and only with it. Clear the limit, or choose Up to a limit.
- A limit cannot be negative. Enter 0 or more.
- Owners are told at between 50% and 100% of the limit. Move the slider back into range.
